Pad Ma Moung/CashewDelight   *                        
The name says it all; this dish is delightful.  Stir-fry in a sweet & chili sauce with pineapple, onions, shiitake, and, of course, whole cashews.  This dish is recommended with chicken breast.

Pad Kra Prao/Spicy Basil      *                                 
This is a spicy Thai basil dish, recommended with lean ground chicken breast, it has crisp green beans, bell peppers, onions, and homemade hot chili sauce stir-fried.

Pad Khing Sod/Ginger Herb

This flavor-packed dish is mild enough for any palate.  Fresh shredded ginger, baby corn, carrots, snow peas, and onion stir-fried in a light soy ginger sauce.

Pad Pak Ruam/VegetableLovers                               

This is a vegetable dish of Stir-fried broccoli, napa, zucchini, cabbage, snow pea, asparagus, carrot, and baby corn with homemade brown sauce.

Oooooh! This is so spicy and healthy that there must be some mistake because the flavor is awesome.  Recommended with our lean juicy pork, this spicy hot dish combines red and green bell peppers, onions, garlic, and straw mushrooms in a homemade chili pepper sauce.

Pad Thai                                                                         

The national noodle dish of Thailand; sold on every street corner and served in every home.  Recommended with our jumbo prawns these Thai rice noodles are pan-fried with egg and your choice of meat.  Garnished with bean sprouts, peanuts, carrots, and shredded cabbage.

Panang Curry                                                 

Taste milder than red curry but rich in flavor and quite addictive to customers.  Meat of your choice simmered with asparagus, bell pepper, and basil.

Green Curry                                                      

Another original Thai creation…the hottest among all Thai curries.  Meat of your choice simmered with zucchini, bell peppers, green beans, eggplant, and basil leaves.
